Scavenger hunts are so much fun for kids.   For this activity, I cut out the parts of the scarecrow and then wrote out clues for the kids and read them aloud one at a time.  After each clue, they ran off to find the body part of the scarecrow mentioned in the clue.  I made all the clues rhyme because they are learning about rhyming words.   The first clue … [Read more...]
