We enjoyed a nice Thanksgiving holiday at Grandma and Grandpa's (my parents) house.   I always enjoy making the mashed potatoes.  There is something homey and decadent about fresh mashed potatoes.  Since the Sugar Snaps and I are vegetarian, Grandma and Grandpa got us a tofu 'turkey' from Trader Joes which was very good!  My … [Read more...]
