What do you do on a gloomy day?
There is nothing like a pudding party to keep the babies amused. I put down disposable placemats and used a mixture of chocolate and vanilla pudding. They had disposable bibs on over their pajamas and it was time to party.
The pudding party was followed by a warm bath. Next, the babies got lotion and finished their party smelling like fresh apples. Perhaps it isn’t such a gloomy day after all.
What do you do on gloomy days? I’d love to hear your stories. As always, comments are welcome.

Gosh mama! I hope you have some hired help. I feel tired just thinking about cleaning that up and about brushing their teeth 3x a day like you posted about earlier.
Love your blog! Got your link from Baby Center a few weeks ago and have been lurking.

Hi Melanie. Thank you. No, I do not have hired help. It was actually pretty easy to clean with the disposable bibs, disposable placemats and the washing machine.
I have now added flossing to the teeth brushing routine and the babies are not sure how they feel about that ;0).
It sounds like our babies are about the same age.
Congratulations on your twin boys. Thank you for commenting. I'd love to hear your thoughts about future posts.

This is such a great idea! Thanks for sharing it. My twin girls (16.5 months) love to get their hands dirty. I had them play with water and flour once but that was a big mistake. Water + flour = glue… It took a few days to get it out of the hair, lol!
I also got your blog from BBC. How old are your babies?
Multiples Mom says
Hi Anna. Thank you. The babies are 15 months old. Your story about flour and water made me laugh. I am glad you shared that so I do not try it too ; 0 ). Your twin girls are adorable! Thank you for your comments. Please keep sharing.

Wow!!! You are one brave Momma!! Love the pudding party followed by bath! We did a combo like that one time, and then my little pooped in the tub and everything went beserk again!! 🙂 Oh well, memories, right?? 🙂

Pooping in the tub may have taken away some of the ambience of the day… I am glad that didn't happen! That is a funny story. Thanks for sharing.
