Hand Print Four-Leaf Clover
You will need:
- Green Tempera Paint
- Construction Paper (color of your choice)
- Paint brush
- Wipes or wet paper towels to wash paint off of little hands
Daddy helped Capri make her hand print hearts for her four leaf clover.
You may remember that we did hand print hearts for as a Valentine’s project. I took the concept of the hand print heart and made it into a four-leaf clover. You could also choose to make a Shamrock with three leaves. Help your child make four hand print hearts in the shape of a four leaf clover and then paint on a stem. Here is a link to the hand print heart post which you may wish to look at in order to visualize how to make it into a clover. The key is to print one hand at a time. I also found it useful to print one hand all the way around in a clover shape before adding the second hand to make each print into a heart (four right hand prints joined afterwards by four left hand prints to complete the hearts).
