When we visited Grandma and Grandpa’s house, Grandma busted out the play dough for the Sugar Snaps. After they rolled it and cut out shapes for a while, Grayson put play dough on his nose. After that, everyone wanted to try it. Even Grandpa and Grandma got in on the fun! They are so lucky to have grandparents who are willing to get silly and play with them. They created green nose characters and enjoyed lots of imaginative play simply because they had play dough on their noses! So, if you are ever looking to spice things up with your children’s play dough activities, you may want to try this out. It is so much fun to see where their imagination takes them.
What activities have you tried with your children using play dough? Feel free to leave links to your activities. Are there any imaginative play ideas that you have enjoyed with your children? Feel free to share in the comments.
Ha ha ha ha – love it! And the family picture – sweet memory for the kids
Thank you Mrs. FF.
They are so lucky to have grandparents who are willing to get silly with them. Both my parents are retired teachers. They are great at teaching them new things and playing with them. I wish we could see them more often.

What fabulous fun! My mother gets out her doll and plays dolls with my daughters, and I think "Santa" will be getting me a doll so I can join in too. It's so much fun to see cross-generational interactions. 🙂 Thanks for the fun post!

Thank you Deborah.
I love that your Mother plays dolls with your daughters. It sounds like Santa knows just what to get you so you can join in the fun. I think it is wonderful that these kinds of interactions might affect what kind of grandparents may some day become.
