The babies just turned two and we had an Elmo themed party for them.  I 'Elmofied' our house and sent out homemade Elmo party invitations.  Perhaps you can use my ideas if you have an Elmo theme party for your children.  If you have another theme, you could take the same idea and turn it into a different character.
