Our kids have been having fun with sight words. It is so much easier to learn to read when you do not need to sound out every single word. Many sight words, such as ‘where’ would not be easy to sound out and are much better memorized. Check out these fun sight word activities to make memorization more fun and accessible to different types of learners.

In the fall we love walking to the outdoor Whitney Park.
You see gorgeous colors!
We like to take pictures and then scrap book them.
thank you
We used to actually enjoy raking leaves together, bundling them up and jumping in them. My son is now 26 so we enjoy driving up to our mountains (we live in North Carolina) to see the leaves when they start changing to all those breathtakingly beautiful colors along our NC Parkway. I am hoping to have grandchildren one of these days so we can keep up the tradition of hayrides. bonfires and other things to do in the daytime and in the crisp night air. We love Fall.
We have a wonderful zoo here in OKC. Fall is generally the best season for going. Plus they have a new viewing area on the vets facility which I think will be interesting.
Hi Barbara.
Whitney Park sounds incredible. I hope we can visit it some day.
