My niece Emma recently turned four and my sister-in-law had a wonderful Western theme party for her. The babies had a great time seeing the animals in the travelling petting zoo. They even had the chance to sit on a horse on the street in front of Emma’s house. The birthday girl was feeling shy about posing for photos, but you will see her in the cute ‘wanted poster’ made by her Mom.
Capri and Ryder enjoyed the bunny.
Xayden smiled and pet the bunny with a gentle touch.
This was the fluffiest chicken I had ever seen.
My sister-in-law bonded with a friendly chicken
while a cute pig wandered about awaiting some affection.
Grayson panned for gold
and struck it rich with a large gold nugget.
My sister-in-law went all out with the Western themed treats
and a cute wanted poster of my niece, Emma.
Ryder enjoyed the horse
while Grayson expressed his immediate desire to get down.
Capri was not so sure about being on the horse
but Xayden loved his new friend.
This horse was a gentle good sport.
I made the babies Western onesies and bandanas with a headband for Capri.
The cute hats were provided by their aunt and uncle. They loved the experience of the Wild West. It was fun to see Emma ringing in her fourth birthday cowgirl style. Have you done theme parties for your kids? Have you been to some theme parties lately? I would love to hear your stories. As always, comments are welcome.
