We took the babies to the aquarium and saw the fish and animals through their excited eyes. They reminded us that we were witnessing extraordinary beauty.
Pretty fish
fascinated the babies.
A beautiful eagle posed for photos.
Brightly colored jellyfish lit up the room.
Capri was astonished
to see a seal swim by.
A friendly pig greeted them outside.
We cherish these magical moments with the babies. What adventures have you had lately? I would love to hear from you. As always, comments are welcome.
Twin Mama says
I took the twins to the Aquarium of the pacific when they turned a year. It was beautiful, and fun, and soul filling, but I WAS SO TIRED at the end of it! They kept trying to run away and I had a hard time figuring out how to show them things because most things need a mama lift for and it was just me. Lunch was a big mess and I got evil stares from other people.

Your story made me laugh Twin Mama! There were so many people surrounding the areas where the kids can put their hands in the water that we decided to do that another time. We focused on things they could see easily. It sounds like you went with them walking instead of a stroller. That was very brave! No wonder you were tired at the end. You do wonderful things with your lucky twins. You do not need any secrets…

Sleeping Mom says
This past weekend, my toddler and his dad went to a local university that happened to have a botanical garden.

Hi 'Sleeping Mom.'
That sounds like a lot of fun. I think toddlers are at the age where gardens are amazing. It's fun to see their reactions. Have a great week.
